Sweater weather is approaching and there is nothing more soul-satisfying than a bowl of hearty stew. My recipe for Green Chili Pork Stew will do just the trick for a cold day. It’s hearty, silky, and has a bit of spice to warm you up. Add more Tobasco sauce if you want to really kick things up!
Ingredients:
3 lbs. pork country ribs, boneless
14 oz diced tomatoes
16 oz salsa verde
4 oz fire roasted green chilis
1 teaspoon Green Pepper Tobasco
Flour
Kosher Salt
Garnish:
Cilantro
Sour Cream
Pumpkin seeds
Radish
