One of my favorite things about living in California is the smell of lavender fields and fresh, local goat cheese. These lavender cupcakes are topped with a sweet and creamy chèvre frosting. As the days grow longer and the weather gets warmer, this is a dessert made for summer or that perfect special occasion.
