Mexican Charred Corn Salad

Ingredients:
6 limes, juiced
4 Tablespoons mayonaise
2 pinches salt
4 ears corn on cob
1 bunch cilantro
1/4 onion, diced
1 cup Cotija cheese
2 Tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
